Appraiser Appreciation
Hi Fergus,
I just wanted to
thank you again for taking the time to participate in our first annual
"antique road show." Our residents had a wonderful time and can't wait
for next year to do it again. You were so patient and really took the
time to talk to the residents and they really took notice of this. It
was a great, relaxing atmosphere and you made the day very comfortable
for everyone. I would (and will) recommend you to our sister retirement
communities and to others, as well.
Have a wonderful
weekend!
Heidi

| We provide our clients with appraisals from
certified professionals that comply with USPAP (Uniform Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice), authorized by Congress as the source
of appraisal requirement and GPPA (Graduate Personal Property
Appraiser) standards. Valuations are provided, including forced
liquidation value (auction), market value, in-place value, orderly
liquidation value, insurance value, and back pocket opinion of value.
We prepare a thorough inventory, listing all your appraised property
by category. We also prepare written appraisals for ten or fewer items in
a collecting category. The detailed appraisal will include the same
documentation as the longer more formal appraisal.
Since 1984, we have provided services to fiduciaries in the
settlement of estates and businesses. We offer a full range of services
for heirs and their representatives, including storage, moving, and
selling. Through nationwide, award winning marketing and unparalleled
internet connections, we can coordinate the sale of
individual pieces, a personal collection, or an entire estate.
We maintain an ever expanding research library for the growing
estate, collectible, antique, and Northwest folk art market place. Related
periodicals and Internet research provides continuing information and
documentation of current trends.
